OSHC

At Adam Road Primary School, we value the wellbeing, safety and sense of belonging of every child in our school community. Our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service provides a welcoming and supportive environment for students before and after school.

OSHC offers families a safe and convenient option for care, while providing students with opportunities to connect with friends, develop independence and participate in engaging activities. Our service complements the learning that takes place during the school day and supports students to feel connected to their school community beyond the classroom.
Students are encouraged to make choices, build positive relationships and participate in a range of experiences including creative activities, games, outdoor play, cooking, construction and quiet activities. Our OSHC team works closely with the school to support consistent expectations, positive behaviour and the individual needs of our students.

A place to belong

We want every child attending OSHC to feel safe, valued and included. Our approach is centred on building positive relationships and creating an environment where children can relax, have fun and be themselves.

OSHC is an important part of our wider Adam Road Primary School community, working in partnership with families and the school to support happy, confident and connected children.
