Our school is building strong collaborative structures in Professional Learning Communities with all staff exploring their interests through relevant teams within the school.
Our Leadership Team is distributed as a support structure across the school, with each class receiving focused, individualised support from one Deputy Principal. This enhances our Pastoral Care for students, as well as coaching and professional support for staff within these classrooms.

Our Support Staff provide an essential link in our school. As Support Staff vacancies arise, these can be filled either through a Recruitment Pool process, or through advertising explicitly for specialist roles (such as School Psychologist, Gardener or AIEO).
